Return Window
You have thirty days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused in original packaging. If something is defective we will take care of it.
How to Return
Email support@tempocart.com with order number photos and reason. We will send return instructions.
Refunds
Once we get the return we inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take up to ten days for your bank to post it.
Exchanges
We do exchanges based on stock. If you want a different size or item email us.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
